How does the workshop take place?
This highly interactive program employs a blended methodology:
- In-person modules: Participants engage in case discussions, group activities, exercises, and practice using HPT tools.
- Action Learning Groups: Between modules, small groups (4-5 people) meet online or in person to discuss progress and exchange ideas on team development.
- Individual support: Coaching or mentoring are available to participants as needed.
The program design is always fully customized to meet client needs.
The workshop can be conducted at your company or at Planet GV premises (Ljubljana).
The estimated duration is 4 academic hours per module.

The facilitator
Olga Mukhina
Olga is a consultant, team coach, and facilitator with 20 years of advisory experience. She collaborates with global multinational organizations across various sectors, assisting HR professionals, leaders, individuals, and teams in aligning business goals with human elements and fostering a high-performing team culture. Olga specializes in facilitating multicultural teams and supporting leaders in creating environments that promote diversity, inclusion, and equity within organizations.
As a mentor, she guides young leaders in their career development. Olga has extensive experience in HR services at McKinsey, a leading business consulting firm, and in an investment bank, where she held regional and global roles covering recruitment, talent development, employee growth, and succession planning. She has managed both virtual and on-site teams across diverse cultures and holds multiple professional qualifications and accreditations from internationally recognized institutions for psychometric and personality profiling.
Born in the USSR and raised in Russia, Olga has lived in the UK and worked across Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Since 2017, she has been based in Slovenia (Ljubljana). Olga provides consulting and training in English and Russian and is also proficient in Slovene, French, and Italian.
